*Standard Warranty*
- All floor covering products are guaranteed to be free
of defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of
usage, provided our recommended installation and maintenance
instructions are followed. Any defective material will be replaced,
if a claim is reported to us in writing, and if our examination shows
that the product has failed under the terms of this Warranty. The
maximum period of responsibility under this Warranty is one (1) year
form date of original shipment. ***NOTE*** All mats should be placed
on a clean dry floor or surface. Placing mats on flooring or
surfaces that are not compeletly clean and dry could void the
warranty.
*Returned Goods*
- Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for
returned merchandise. Please email us immediately if there is a
problem. When return authorization is granted, merchandise must be
returned to us freight Prepaid, and side marked with the assigned
return authorization number. Merchandise must be packaged properly.
*A restocking charge of up to 35% *will be enforced on *ALL
*standard stock items returned. *Special size, special run,
special color, cut lengths, or custom made materials sales are FINAL
and are not returnable. * Authorizations to return merchandise
are valid for thirty (30) days from receipt of Authorization code.
*Color Specifications_* -
Product colors are described / reproduced on our website as
accurately as possible. Colors represent average production runs and
may vary in shade from time to time, depending upon dye lot and
compound variation.
*Pricing*
- Prices are subject to change without notice. When
price changes are necessary, we will make every effort to provide
advance notice, allowing reasonable time for customers to make their
price adjustments.
*Payments * -
All payments are to be made in full at time of ordering.
*Verbal
Quotes*
- All verbal quotes must be documented with an email
and quotation number. No verbal quote will be valid without a
quotation number, and email documentation.
*Shipping*
- Total Mats is not responsible for items damaged
during shipping, or incorrect shipping due to incorrect or incomplete
shipping information. Total Mats reserves the right to ship products
through it's desired carriers. These carriers are listed at
www.totalmats.com. Shipping
cost will be added to invoice and is due at time of check out. If
there are additional charges due, Total Mats will contact the buyer,
all charges must be paid before items are shipped. Many of our products are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for manufacturing before shipping.
*Damaged
Items or Shortages*
- Please inspect and count your items before signing
shipment delivery slip. Do not accept delivery if the item is
damaged. Damages or shortages should be documented on the delivery
receipt and reported to Total Mats within 24 hours of arrival of
product.
*Product Specifications* -
Specification for all products are subject to change without notice.
When such changes are made it is to improve product appearance design
or performance.
*Ordering Instructions*
- Note, when ordering items where Width and Length are to
be specified, Width is the measurement from left to right as you
approach the mat, And Lenght is the distance over which you travel
(front to back).
*Product Stability*
- Every effort has been made to accurately describe and
define our products usage and appearance. Determination of the
suitability of any product and any application contemplated by the
Buyer is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. In the event of
improper product selection by the Buyer, Total Mats makes no warranty
or guarantee of results to be obtained since use and application by
the Buyer are beyond our control. If in doubt of the stability of a
particular product application, please contact Total Mats. We will
not be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the
product.
